Through its partners in Eastern Europe and Russia, NTC International has been actively involved in the international trade of goods such as construction materials, computer hardware, foodstuffs, bulk commodities,  etc.  From 1992 to 2004 we have been engaged in providing procurement and consulting services to US and international clients including the World Bank, The H.W.Wilson Company, Ivaran Shipping Lines, among others.
