Our Purchasing Procedure in Four Easy Steps:.

1. Send the reference, desired features, size and future use of the plot you are looking for. We will reply with specific information, prices and plans.
2. Pay €1,500 refundable reservation fee and book your flight. We will take care of your hotel reservation and arrange for airport transfer.
3. Inspect the property (ies) and instruct us to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company (€600). If you decide not to buy for any reason we will refund the reservation fee minus a nominal per diem charge (usually under  €100).
4. Hit the beach or the ski slopes and let us work and advise the closing date.
