The area

Besides the fascinating views, sea and quiet, this summer retreat features easy access to Sunny Beach with all it has to offer: famous Bulgarian and international cuisine, sports activities, shopping, entertainment and night life.       The Payment Plan: 

  • €1500 Euros reservation fee to take your unit off the market for 28 days
  • 30% on signing of preliminary contract (minus the reservation fee)
  • 70% on completion (May 2009)

This payment structure allows the buyer to apply for a loan for the last installment of 70%. Most banks grant loans under more favorable terms when a Certificate of Use is issued.
